Background

Sarah's background in financial services gives her a unique understanding of the recruitment process.  She is exceptionally placed to offer guidance and advice on all aspects of the process including CV writing, interview skills and offer management.  To enhance her skillset further, she took practitioner’s diploma in coaching and Career Coaching is now a key element of her business. 

Sarah works with individual clients to maximise their career potential and gain clarity about their vision for the future.  Her clients report a renewed sense of purpose, focus and energy and more empowerment in their careers. 

Sarah’s career history includes recruiting for large, investment banks as well as smaller boutique firms.  Sarah has also started her own business from scratch, recruiting front office equity personnel.  She holds a degree in European Business with Spanish, a language she speaks fluently.
